Our Values Drive Your Success
Safety & Quality Control
Our Top Priority
Safety
Academy’s top priority in providing a safe working environment for every employee.
Academy provides a system of policies, procedures, and practices that encourage continuous improvement throughout the entire HSE program. This wholistic commitment resonates with all internal and external stakeholders. Fostering a safety culture requires the dedication, commitment, and participation of all involved. Working together will allow us to achieve safety excellence.
Academy recognizes that acknowledgment of safe behaviors is just as important as the Safety program itself. Through a number of internal programs Academy fosters safe behavior by rewarding responsible employees. It isn’t about looking out for yourself, but also everyone around you.
In 2020, Academy has successfully surpassed the benchmark of accumulating two million man hours with no Lost Time Injury. This accomplishment is a direct reflection of the teamwork and dedication that is required to achieve Safety Excellence and has carved the path to Academy’s “HOMESAFE” brand. The HOMESAFE logo represents our program and our employees continuing effort to make teamwork the essential variable of success. Our safety brand enforces our commitment to ensure each and every one of Academy employees and subcontractors return home safe at the end of each day.
